The Role

Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for a Climate Change Global Strategic Program Business Development Manager [GSP CCBDM] to contribute to increasing effective funding for Oxfam’s CC GSP, especially from institutions including governments, multilaterals and foundations; to ensure a strategic and coordinated approach to fundraising/donor engagement for Oxfam’s CC GSP; to contribute to identifying and engaging with non-usual allies with whom to make new consortia best positioned to win funding opportunities.

What we're looking for

Our next GSP Climate Change Business Development Manager will require a range of skills and experience: proven experience of securing funding from institutional funding sources at a senior level; experience of developing and managing budgets; experience of working within a networked and multi-cultural organization, building relationships of trust with colleagues in different entities and countries in order to work effectively and flexibly to achieve impact; excellent written and oral English.
