The Role
Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for an experienced Supporter Care professional to drive this area of work globally. They will lead the implementation of supporter care best practice across Oxfam in line with the organisation strategic priority of improved donor retention and experience. This is a hands-on role to provide support to teams; bringing expert knowledge, developing training tools, building a community within the confederation and facilitating skill sharing.
What we are looking for
In this exciting new role, Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for an experienced supporter care fundraiser to drive excellence in donor servicing and experience.
Ideally you will have managed and developed large customer/supporter service teams, with a focus on regular giving programs. You will have an eye for efficient processes and understand what makes an engaging, personal interaction with an organisation. You’ll be at ease using a coaching approach, and comfortable working with diverse group of people both virtually and in-person. If this sounds like you, then we want to hear from you!
