What we are looking for
We are looking for three proactive people with strong financial backgrounds to work as Finance Analysts supporting our International Finance teams. We are looking for qualified accountants with strong experience in INGO accounting and financial planning and modelling, who will also be keen to contribute to the continuous improvement of a value-add service delivery.
These roles will have slightly different responsibilities (please see attached Job Profiles for details) depending on the team of which they are part, but all involve preparing monthly financial reports for Oxfam’s various Divisions and Country Affiliates, including all aspects of financial planning and modelling, and supporting the year-end and audit process. There will also be responsibility for training staff in Oxfam systems and practices.
