This post will be part of the OI Secretariat.

The Role

Oxfam International is looking for a market development specialist to strengthen significantly Oxfam’s public fundraising in Latin America and to grow fundraising teams, investment and programs in a way that leads to sustainable multi-year growth in unrestricted income. The focus will primarily be on raising unrestricted funds from individuals and through partnerships with corporate, trusts and foundations.

The successful applicant will have a strong track of public fundraising in one of the Latin American fundraising markets, along with the ability to coach and guide (without line management responsibility).

Fluency in English required and competence in Portuguese and/or Spanish is desirable.
