This post is part of the Oxfam International (OI) Shared Services FC3 Project team. It’s an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of a new digital workplace that will enable Oxfam’s staff working in over 90 countries to Find, Connect and Collaborate as we move to a ‘One Oxfam’ approach.

Reporting to the FC3 Delivery Manager, the post is responsible for leading the development and implementation of a coordinated engagement process that will deliver a suite of collaboration services to communities and groups across the Oxfam confederation. The post is the primary interface between the project delivery team and its customers and responsible for coordinating activities between these teams and other key business stakeholders

The successful applicant will be a highly capable business process change lead, with excellent written and verbal communications skills as well strong interpersonal skills that enable them to influence and motivate staff in a range of roles. They will be highly organized and familiar with project management methodologies with demonstrated experience delivering technology services in medium to large scale projects. A familiarity with Intranet platforms and cloud-based collaboration tools would be highly advantageous

Finally they’ll have a strong commitment to Oxfam’s mission and values, and the ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.

Fluency in English required and competence in French and/or Spanish is desirable.
