The Role
Oxfam International Secretariat (OIS) is looking for a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist is responsible for scoping and designing detailed IAM solutions that enable Oxfam to meet its strategic and business objectives and protect its information assets. They will provide technical leadership to ensure IAM designs and implementations are aligned with business requirements and architectural and operational standards. They will provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise for the ongoing maintenance, operation and support for IAM services including the development of associated procedures and processes. The position requires significant knowledge and expertise across multiple platforms, processes and architectures and will work closely with colleagues in the OIS Office of the CIO and technical leaders from across the Oxfam confederation.

What we're looking for
Our next Senior Identity Access Management Specialist will have a proven track record leading the design and implementation of Identity Access and Protection services in an enterprise environment, preferably in a global context. They will be able to track trends in the threat landscape and scan the market for evolving technologies that mitigate these risks. They will apply this knowledge to inform the development of roadmaps and risk mitigation strategies. Attention to detail and ability to produce high quality outputs is essential.
