The Role

Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for an Interim GROW Policy Manger to work with the Head of Policy, Advocacy and Research – GROW Campaign in coordination of policy activities; to provide sign-off on policy-related materials; to coordinate inputs from the GROW Campaign into the 2020 Davos paper on inequality and climate change, to coordinate inputs from the GROW Campaign into the new Oxfam Strategic Plan process.

Our next Interim GROW Policy Manger will require: broad and deep knowledge of policy issues related to the GROW Campaign – food systems, land, small scale agriculture, climate change, value chains; experience in coordinating successful advocacy work; able to work well as part of a team spread across many locations.
