The Role

We are looking for Project Coordinator to coordinate and implement all interventions of Oxfam emergency & recovery programme under Oxfam’s Iraq country strategic plan by providing technical support to the teams in the field. The key responsibilities include providing technical support to the teams in assessments, planning, reporting, internal & external coordination & implementation, quality assurance of interventions and capacity building of national staff.

What we are looking for

The Project Coordinator position will lead on and is accountable for all the programmatic, management aspects of livelihood and economic recovery project. As a key role within the Oxfam Iraq Country program, the position will be based in Erbil with regular travel to Anbar and Diyala Governorate. The position will oversee effective management and relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders and consortium of 5 INGOs lead by DRC, manage the interventions throughout the project cycle including budget management (expenditure planning and expenditure monitoring), lead in preparing and developing high-quality program plans, including Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) and procurement plans, progress and donor reports, ensure appropriate monitoring and project quality, and enhance internal and external learning and representation.
