KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Craft an overall design, plus alternative ideas, that will thematically hold together the entire media campaign
- Review relevant documents related to the WE Care Project that will aid in the conceptualization process
- Develop a campaign strategy that will most effectively deploy the OXFAM’s critical messages. This will include a presentation of the overall conceptual theme, selection of media channels and corresponding media components; justification of how each and every selection contributes to the overall theme’s elaboration; explanation of each component’s timing/duration/frequency
- Prepare and submit a work plan that details all the tasks to be done and calendars their completions
- Select the combination of media channels that allows for the most efficient utilization of Oxfam’s budget
- Oversee the production and implementation of the chosen media components (radio, TV, print, online)
- Identify and contract their own suppliers who, in their best judgement, will most ably assist in media component-related deliveries
- Engage all relevant media outlets and talents that will contribute to the execution of media components
- Monitor the progress of the campaign and report it back to the Oxfam

A campaign pitch and strategy of no more than 5 pages that should, at the minimum, describe in detail the proposed message, deliverables and milestones, and the total cost for the conceptualization, production, and implementation of the mass media campaign; and
Materials featuring a sample media campaign previously implemented and conceptualized similar to this present engagement.
