We are looking for a talented applicant to join the Supporter Engagement fundraising team, within the Public Fundraising department. This role will assist the delivery of Tag Your Bag scheme that will attract develop and retain Oxfam supporters, and drive income and stock donations to fund Oxfam's continuing work to overcome poverty and suffering.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. The Supporter Engagement Executive will need to work closely with other teams and departments within Oxfam and with external agencies. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, be analytical, diligent and confident in finding solutions to complex problems. This role will be delivering assigned marketing campaigns from start to completion.
The Tag Your Bag scheme is part of a Gift Aid scheme run by HM Revenue and Customs that allows charities like Oxfam to reclaim the tax on donations by UK taxpayers. When supporters register for the Tag Your Bag it means we can claim the Gift Aid on any goods that a supporter brings into a local Oxfam shop that has their TYB number on.
