Do you have significant country and regional programme and contract management experience? Can you balance the empowerment of and support to countries, regions and other programme units for high quality programme implementation, with an accountability-focussed risk management and compliance approach to programme oversight?
Are you a highly motivated self-starter, and experienced manager, with excellent professional and managerial judgement, and highly development networking and relationship building skills?

Is this you? If so, we would like to hear from you. This is a fantastic opportunity to build and coordinate a team focussed on quality programme implementation and accountability, in collaboration with Oxfam countries, regions and Partner Affiliates.
You will support the Programme Director, the Head of the Programme Portfolio Oversight and Development Team and Manager of the Programme Oversight Team to deliver high quality support and oversight across Oxfam GB’s international programme portfolio. You will also lead a team of Grant Managers who provide programme oversight and support to projects and programmes where Oxfam GB holds the contract. The role requires the post-holder to balance internal relations, processes and accountability with external accountability and relations with donors, countries and regions, with strong focus on the empowerment of countries, regions and programme delivery units.
