Are you a visionary, dynamic, and inspiring senior leader and manager with proven programme leadership experience at both the operational and strategic levels? Do you have excellent team-building, coaching and people management skills, and have experience working with diverse and geographically dispersed teams.
Do you have highly developed communication skills, and proven experience in external and internal engagement and relationship building, especially within complex networked organisations?

Is this you? If so, we would like to hear from you. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead, coordinate and oversee Oxfam GB overall programme portfolio and relationships with Oxfam countries, regions and Partner Affiliates.
You will maximise Oxfam impact by engaging your excellent strategic programme portfolio development, relationship-building and management skills along with senior programme quality, risk management and compliance experience, to ensure financial and technical resources are coordinated and strategically invested into Oxfam programmes.
You will also work with the Programme Director in building effective matrix and project teams supporting the new International Programmes Team.
