The Role
We are looking for Gender Advisor ,The Gender advisor guides and assists the programme teams in 1) mainstreaming gender, 2)
developing gender transformative action and 3) influencing for Gender Justice. This involves delivery on
the Gender in Emergencies minimum standards and Oxfam’s Feminist Humanitarian Framework, the
development of strategic partnerships with local organisations, external coordination, capacity building
and technical support towards Oxfam’s field teams and programme partners.
