The Role
Oxfam GB is looking for a consultant to develop a MEAL framework for a project on protection advocacy that seeks to strengthen collaborative and local advocacy.
What we are looking for
A candidate with excellent knowledge of, and experience with, developing and implementing Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning systems.

This consultancy will give you an opportunity to be part of an inter-agency team that seeks to strengthen the role of advocacy in protection. In addition, by resting upon feminist principles, the role will develop an agile MEAL framework that should inform project activities on an ongoing basis.
