Oxfam International is unable to guarantee the obtaining of a work permit for the role. Candidates must have and be able to retain the legal right to work in the location of the candidate to take up position in an Oxfam Location. We are not able to support the relocation of a candidate to take up the position in an Oxfam location.

*The Role

Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for a Rights, Response and Resilience Business Support Analyst to lead on the gathering, presentation, and communication of evidence, facts and analysis (including benchmarking against other INGOs) on why and how Oxfam needs to improve its investment in operational capacity in and business support (levels of capacity, policies, processes and ways of working) to fragile countries.

*Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for an individual with strong understanding of Oxfam’s current business support arrangements and significant experience of working in a business or operations support function. The business support analyst should have analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions from present complex data in an easily understandable way, financially literate, able to analyse the “big picture” of financial flows and able to influence across different stakeholders through evidence and listening.
