*The Role

Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for an Associate Director Institutional Funding who will manage the institutional funding function within the OI secretariat so as to support the confederation to grow Oxfam income and partnerships at global level in order to resource our program strategy. The post holder will be expected to work across the confederation of OI affiliates in achieving the global strategy and be the primary link for institutional fundraising in the confederation’s global fundraising architecture.

*Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for a strategic leader with the ability to devise and implement organisational resource mobilisation strategies, develop successful partnerships and proposals with institutional donors as well as demonstrable experience of developing and implementing organisational level capacity building initiatives to deliver business improvements. The Director should have knowledge and experience of strategic investments on behalf of collective stakeholders in order to deliver financial benefit, track record of managing teams with responsibility for resource mobilisation activities and external representation at a senior level with bilateral donors, multilateral agencies, and international foundations.**

The role requires experience in managing and developing others, including direct line management, experience of leading and conflict resolution as well as negotiation abilities and informal leadership skills in a multi-stakeholder, network environment. In addition, if you have self-awareness, relation building skills and commitment to our values, you are the individual we are looking for;
