This post will be part of the OI Secretariat Digital team and will be based in a European location where Oxfam has an office and where a contract of employment can be established.
Oxfam International is looking for a Digital Production Manager to steer and manage day to day https://www.oxfam.org and related products. At the confluence of technology and communications, the post holder will seek to use both effectively to maximize outcomes in a public engagement environment. You will use your creative flair to deliver engaging and effective content and user journeys to a diverse online audience and your extensive project management experience to monitor outcomes and lead team processes efficiently. Working to deliver against our strategic goals and KPIs, the post holder will deliver across all aspects of running a website; technical & creative, KPI & analytics and content.
The successful applicant will have at least two years’ experience of managing a corporate website, preferably for an international organization and two years website development project management experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have proven experience of leading both digital communications/engagement processes and technical project management, preferably in an open-source environment. Multi-lingual capability is highly desirable, as well as experience of personnel management.
Fluency in English required and an editorial level in French and/or Spanish is highly desirable.
