Salary and benefits: National terms, in line with Oxfam values and subject to location**

Oxfam International is unable to guarantee the obtaining of a work permit for the role. Candidates must have and be able to retain the legal right to work in the above-mentioned locations. We are not able to support the relocation of a candidate to take up the position in an Oxfam location.

Oxfam International Secretariat is seeking a Knowledge and Learning Specialist to join its Knowledge for Impact Team.

The Knowledge and Learning Specialist will support with the design and implementation of Oxfam’s Knowledge and Learning Framework (KLF). This includes facilitating the development of learning questions; co-leading on the creation or strengthen of networks and communities as part of Oxfam’s knowledge architecture; supporting on meta-analyses and sense-making, generating knowledge on what the organization does, why, how, and with whom; identifying innovation / emergent areas of work across Oxfam; and co-creating and supporting the implementation of learning agendas with countries and regions.
