NETWORK COORDINATOR – CLIMATE, GENDER AND FRAGILITY KNOWLEDGE HUB

Location: Asia where Oxfam has a presence and can establish an employment contract
The Role
The Network Coordinator – Climate, Gender and Fragility Knowledge Hub will lead the adaptation and the transformation of the knowledge hub towards a feminist, interconnected and diversified global network of knowledge workers on climate-gender and fragility from within and outside Oxfam. S/he will ensure the Oxfam global south agenda and the Asia and Pacific strategy frameworks are strongly reflected and contributed.
What we are looking for
Network Coordinator will require to be exceptional, dedicated, and highly motivated professional, with a strong commitment to Oxfam's values and beliefs with the following qualification and competencies:
- At least 7 years’ experience working globally (in different regions) in development or humanitarian programming with specific experience and demonstrable understanding of these themes: Climate Justice, Gender Justice, Fragility/ Conflict and Resilience and the links between them.
- Experience and track record in developing and implementing knowledge management strategies, in working in knowledge-based way including peer-to-peer learning processes.
- Proven experience in leading strategic transformation
- Proven experience of networking and collaborating across diverse teams to achieve strategic outcomes.
